Aaron has dabbled in almost every facet of real esate for the past six years. From brokering conventional mortgages to buyer/seller representation to hard money and even a notary public license. He's owned investment property in New York, Missouri and Southern California as well. Aaron has lived in New York, Colorado, California and received a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, where he graduated in 2000.
Aaron holds a broker's license with the California Department of Real Estate, allowing him to create two DBAs: Four Corner Realty and Four Corner Capital. He also has his license on file with Keller Williams Realty as a Broker Associate, one the largest and best brokerages in all of California. This relationship allows Aaron to cast a wide net for his clients, with insurmountable resources and relationships at his fingertips. Jonathan Poulin is Aaron's right hand man. A recent Central Florida graduate, Jon moved to Los Angeles for the same reason the rest of us did -- The California Dream (which is alive and well by the way)!
Jon is currently preparing for his own real estate exam and will soon be a licensed sales agent working closely with Aaron on all his real estate transactions. For now he's learning the ropes and making sure someone is there to cover every angle of every deal. He's a quick study, has a true knack for real estate, and some say a face only a mother could love. They might be right...
